Downloading Applications From Slate

Please follow these steps to download a graduate application from Slate.

  1. Log in to Slate.
     
  2. Enter the name of the applicant in the search bar and select the person from the results.

  3. On the person page, select the correct application from the tabs.

  4. From the list of links select Download PDF.

  5. In the modal, for format choose "Omit Headers and Footers". Next, for insert part choose "Graduate Full Application". Then select "Download".
