This page will help you find a list of current applicants to a particular graduate major.
- Visit the Slate home page.
- In the Standard Queries and Forms box, click on "Applications by Program".
- In the filters list, click on "Major Name PINNED IN".
- In the modal, click the name of the major and click Save. You can multi-select by holding Command or Control.
- Now click on Run Query to return the results.
On the results page, the applications are sorted by "Application Status".
- Awaiting Decision - Application is submitted and paid for
- Awaiting Payment - Application is submitted by not paid for
- Awaiting Submission - Application is not submitted. If the deadline has passed, then the status will never change.
The Bin Name field will provide an indication of where it is in the workflows. If the Bin Name is Awaiting Assignment then it can be found in the Slate Reader for program staff to locate and move to a review bin.
To visit the application record page, click the row and then "Lookup Record" in the modal that renders.
To locate an application after a program decision has been created use the Decision Release History query also located on the home page of Grad Slate.
